We are very excited to announce that the AES will be represented at the FEI - WBFSH World Dressage Breeding Championships in Verden this year.
First of all, huge congratulations to Anna Ross whose own bred Newton Tiger (Blue Hors First Choice x Sandro Hit) has been selected to represent Ireland with the Irish rider Alex Baker. Winning the Somerford Premier League, as well as the Wellington Premier League young horse classes earlier this season, the 5yo mare has been going from strength to strength and is an exciting prospect not just for the Championships in Verden, but beyond.
Among the horses selected to represent Great Britain, we find the AES licensed stallion Vaudeville Carrus (Vivaldi x Davignon) under the saddle of Luke Baber-Davies. "Versace" to his friends, Vaudeville Carrus has been a stand out participant in the British Breeding stallion events of 2020 and 2021 and has made an excellent start to his competition career with a win in the young horse class at Keysoe Premier League and second place at Hartpury earlier this month. We are looking forward to his first crop of foals next year.
We wish everyone the very best success at this year's world breeding championships, and many congratulations to the breeders, owners and riders!
