Contendro I was Holstein premium stallion in 1999, won the 2000 Adelheidsdorf stallion performance test, was placed in the 2001 Holstein Riding Horse Championships and was nominated for the Bundeschampionat. By the time he was 14, he had amassed a huge amount of competition winnings.
