Zonyx was born in 2007, and was imported in 2010 from his breeder, Shadow Oaks Arabians in the USA.

Zonyx is by the legend Enzo, the sire of champions throughout the world, and is considered to be one of the most significant arabian stallions in present time, both in the breeding, sport and show.

Zonyx’s mother is the beautiful Balih’s Treasure, She has won several titles in the “Arabian Sport Horse” category herself in the US.
She is also approved in Danish Warmblood, and what makes her ekstra special is, that beside being the dam of Zonyx, is dam of SO Jazz'z (2009), who also is approved in the Danish Warmblood. as refined stallion. Zonyx and Jazz'd is full brothers.

DSAH (Shagya-, anglo- and sportsarabians)
Trakehener Breeding Society in Denmark and Germany.
Danish Warmblood 2012 (final approvement as fullblood arabian stallion ever) with following grades:

Noble, expressive, harmonic, refined stallion of the foremost type. Medium frame.
Expressive head. Suitable length, well-set, well-shaped neck. Medium-length, sloped shoulders. Prominent withers.

Forelegs: Less substantial and dry. Well-shaped hooves.
Back legs: Less substantial and dry. Narrow hooves.

Zonyx has been gene-tested as clear of heritable diseases SCID and CA.

Zonyx has the normal number of lumbar vertebrae - 6. Some Arabian sports horses are believed to only have 5.
